Tested out highway speeds on the new tires, not bad but waiting for the axle swap and 1 ton steering.

Sorry, thought we were in another thread. Feel free to clean that out.

Just filled up the YJ today. Planning to start pulling parts off the Comanche tomorrow.

Went to jy with xj friend and we grabbed two zj tierods(he bent the crap out of his stocker last night), a inner and outer door handle, mirror for my passenger side, 2 center caps.

Then I put his zj tierod on his xj and I adjusted my stocker for now.

And we fixed my back driver door! Lol I can finally open it after 6 months

I need some help, cruiser could possibly help me on this one. I can't seem to find the pressure bottle for my 88 comanche 4.0 anywhere! I can't afford to replace the rad but can afford pressure bottle, if I can find the stupid thing! I need it on the road less then 24 hours! Tired of it pissing coolant out the bottle all the damn time!

Autozone carries them if you need it asap, but RockAuto carries them for much cheaper. Those recovery tanks are a pain. I swapped both my 88 and 90 to the open cooling system as soon as I had a chance.

Autozone had a universal which I didn't want. I just gave my current bottle a nice thick coating of flex seal. Hopefully it works. I don't see why it won't.

If that doesn't allow expansion, your situation hasn't improved.

Flex seal.is just a spray on rubber pretty much so I can see it allowing expansion and not cracking

Only problem I had was a crack. So I sealed it up. Just have to last till I can afford to do a open system swap. This stuff is quite flexible. It should be just fine on the expansion bottle. I just wanted to seal the crack it had.

I replaced my crappy 9004 bulbs in my zj with a pair of 9007s. Much better. Would like to do an h4 conversion eventually, just needed to change my bulbs anyways because they were burned out

Napa has them also. Get a 703-1396 cap for the bottle and chuck the POS that comes with the bottle.
