Went to go get some new meats yesterday, but the shop "couldn't get a lug nut off" and I wasted my time waiting for 2 hours. So, I went to the junkyard, picked up 4 gently used 235/75/15's and had them installed for less than half the cost of the new ones. Gave it a bath and put the flag on for a little photo shoot.

Kept hearing a Lancer evos blowoff valve whistling while driving home so I pulled up next to him, gave him a nod and revved it which made my belt squeak. I don't think he believed I had a turbo..

Stupid tarp trapped water and dirt on my fuel skid plate, so wire wheeled the new rust and re-primed the bottom. Cleaned, primed, and painted about half of the steel kneeguard that lives under the steering wheel (I swear anything metal on a Jeep will rust), about 50% done cleaning off my rear bumper. The outside is all sanded down to bare steel but the inside is super ****ing chunk land. I think I'll just get off what I can, throw some crap on it to stem the rot, then keep my eyes peeled for a real bumper.

First off, wanted to put this pic of my shiny new sway bar end link the other day...
Well set out today to knock out a few things before our vacation (750 mile trip, one way). I put in a new trans mount, re-aligned my tie-rod, put a new exhaust hanger on and then on with these...
Rotella T5 and a Puralator oversized filter. NGK V-Power plugs.
It was hot...
When I was doing the plugs I moved the upper hose out of the way. It started leaking. I didn't think much of it, then after running an errand it got worse. Stopped and grabbed a hose, a clamp and some anti-freeze glad I did...
Sucker fell apart, would've prolly grenaded on the highway somewhere in West Virginia or Kentucky lol.
Got it all buttoned up...
No more leak.
