Tuned it up (Accel cap, rotor, plugs, and wires), replaced a mushy coupling, and put on the Putco harness... Then my headlight blew, so I went and bought another.
Also, rubberized half of my fuel tank, to prevent rust -- will rubberize the rest tomorrow, then mount it. And if my blower motor and resistor come, there's that too.
Guess I need to go ahead and order my head unit to replace my broken stock one... And my... Ohh lord, this is snowballing.
Amen.

3. Measure your spacing on your wheel hub assemblies before installing rotors, calipers, and tires so the rotors won't bind up against the spindles after the tires are on. Saves you from having to take everything back apart and make another trip to the parts store for correct part.

I put on my jcr steering box spacer and then procided to wobble out the 1/2" hole on the back of it. I also put in a new low pressure power steering line and added some fresh new max life power steering fluid. And finally I finished hooking up my trans temp gauge. Cutting the output line was a pain, I coul only get my tubing cutter around half of it so I had to struggle to get a complete cut. But I finally did and the gauge appears to be reading so semi successful day. Now off to another 6 days of work with minimal jeep wrenching..

Thanks Cruiser, but it is the rear main seal or oil pan gasket in the back there, both will be replaced. I have worked my way down the engine I was hoping the oil filter adapter arm was my only leak but no luck. On the bright-side I fixed my oil pressure gauge by cleaning up the connection at the sender. Love those free fixes.

Sorry you felt ignored, we get a lot of emails it may have simply been over looked by mistake or not received at all.
The spacer isn't messed up, it doesn't seem to fit some models on that 4th hole (which we haven't been able to narrow down since it has fit on all the 96 and 97 we have tested it on). I have been trying to locate someone with a picture of their hole after they modified it and haven't had any luck, feel free to shoot us an email at info@jcroffroad.com if you have any pictures.

If you did not replace your wheel hub assembly, then no. You could have the wrong size rotor and it maybe rubbing the spindle. It would not take but a second to turn the wheel, get down there and look to see if the rotor has any gouges in it on the spindle side. You could have put the metal shield in backwards. That would cause a hell of a racket. In the pic it is what is behind my new wheel hub assembly.
