What did you do to your Cherokee today?

You guys are making me want a dog even more! I can't wait to get one.
I realized just how dirty it is inside and out... Looks like tomorrow is gonna be a cleaning day. I'm also thinking about taking the doors off, but still haven't decided if I should wait or not.

He was laying down. Lol naw he was only about 6months old in that pic. He's almost 1year now. He can still ride but he doesn't stand up back there.

Yep. Spicer ball joints are like 1/16" smaller than the smallest installing cup. Stupid cup would get slightly crooked and mar up the ring/flange that the axle ultimately rests on.

Installed this week:
Replaced the fuel injectors. Old ones were the stock Siemens single hole oem units. I put in a set of yellow Ford 703 (actually 700) 4 hole injectors. Made a huge difference in performance.
Also to go along with that upgrade I replaced the muffler. It had a 14" muffler that was not in great shape. Put in a Magnaflow that is about 4" longer. Not quite as quiet as a stock muffler, but not too loud to enjoy the radio. Going on a long trip this weekend and will be able to monitor fuel economy improvement.
BTW, has anyone installed a manifold pressure gage? Where do you suggest tapping into the manifold?

Heater Blower quit last night. Checked fuses... all ok... found relay, only after a search on the forum(newbie used the search, yea!)... relay socket was bad... wired in a new socket and I finally have a defroster!

I'm not really waiting on anything I'm just nervous about people trying to steal stuff out of it when I'm inside somewhere. I also think it would look kinda funny being stock with no doors, but that doesn't bother me to much.

I learned that when you take off the front bumper and everything attached, don't throw out that little bulb thing... It controls the heater adjustments.. It took me almost a year to figure out that.. I thought it was cruise control. Fixed with a screw in the end of the tube.
