Took off the exhaust that wouldn't stay in the mount at the transmission and was constantly bouncing off everything under the Jeep and replaced it with the downpipe off the XJ I parted out a while back and put a single 2.5" in, dual 2.5" out flowmaster knockoff (V-Force) on it with turndowns in front of the axle. Sounds pretty dang good for a 6 cylinder. I was scared it would sound like a ricer, but it's fairly deep until about 4000 rpm's, then it has a buzz to it

just did a 1000 mi treck
went to dututh and two harbors for a stay at a resort jeep performed well exept for some wobble yet to be detirmend seen some other jeeps there too and some guy asked about mine at the lighthouse anyway got back changed the oil and filter drain and fill tranny fluid flushed antifreeze new thermostat checked diff fluid just hit 71,000

I've thought this over a lot. I know there are "plastic welders" too, but due to the price of them I'm not willing to hack em up. One idea I had is if I could somehow get ahold of two extra front flat flares, and mount them. I think SeriousOffroad / Frank did that, might be wrong...
