Did both wheel bearings and u-joints, now an axle seal is leaking....then Looked at it, poked around some of the rust...got upset, but we must repair her.

If there was a contest I'd put my XJ up for least floor material left. cargo area is gone, especially where the pillars are supposed to tie into the frame rails, Same at the B pillars and the rockers.
Probably explains why my hatch never closes unless I'm on perfectly flat pavement.

Get a spring for it and then put it on one of the side rails so that it doesn't keep rotating like that

Looks good... get some 2000 grit sandpaper and wet sand them and they'll gloss up better

Went to the junkyard yesterday and got my buddy a chryco 8.25 and myself a header panel, fender, windshield washer pump and a couple nuts and bolts.

Got home and finished up my brakes. Napa gave me rotors that were half an inch to wide so they'd come in contact with the backing plate. Got new ones and she's rolling again. Anyone know why there's two different size rotors?

Maybe GC rotors? I know there's a 9" and 10" drum for XJ's.

Well not the XJ but got the tow rig for the XJ up and runnin. New hard rear brake lines, readjusted the drum brakes, checked tire pressure, gave it a good bath and vacuumed the hell outta it. Fired it up and the connection to the injector started pissin' fuel everywhere. New O-rings and its good to go. Gonna get new tags and put some fresh fuel in it and drive it a little. Hasn't been moved in a year.

I have no idea since mine is a 98 and the axle up front is from a 99 xj. My old rotors were 2.5 inches from the face of the rotor to where the wheel mounts and the new axles rotors were only 2 inches.. Even advanced showed two different rotors for a 99

From inside I'd say it's a grumble angry. And I've had quite a few people tell me they love the way it sounds. My friends say they can hear me coming from a few blocks away.

I'd call it yesterday, but when I finished it was past midnight, so it was today!

Put in new speakers!
6.5" Kickers in the front, 5.25" Kickers in the back. For some reason the rears were higher wattage, though? Odd, as they're in the same line of speakers.

It sounds great, though!
But pshhh... I got unlucky -- I wasn't one of those people whose 6.5s magically fit in the door perfectly.
May cut my door panels a bit and use the grill that comes with the speaker, but I wasn't about to do that in the middle of the night -- I want it to look neat.

Can't wait to get my amp and sub in!
And my header on.

Why does the one in the back ground appear to have 14" wide wheels on it?
