Thats his forum name.
I was wondering if he was still doing it. That's a deal at twice the price.

I was guessing chopped a tree, replaces rotors, and powdercoated parts.

He used to pop up every now and then but I guess he is gone.

Remember that time I ran out of wire in the welder? That's right now...

Passenger knuckle is fully welded and driver has 1/3 done with the others tacked with 1" of weld. Fire up the grill again tomorrow...

You have to weld that 1/4" spacer to the WJ knuckles for the hub to line up with the ball joints and what not. I was heating up the cast knuckles in my grill to about 500* so the welding wouldn't cause any cracks, now they're cooling down.

Cool, how are you post heating or controlling cool down? Using a welding blanket or anything?

Well I guess this is what I get for doing a rush job on installing a new muffler at night with a flashlight. The muffler slid apart from the cat when I left work the other day. Just got it temperarily put back together but I now have to do a little cutting and welding to the muffler cause the muffler had slid on just a half an inch and I didn't realize it. AND to top I off I found a freaking crack in the exhaust manifold.
