well i was on vaction for a bit almost got my jeep back on the road have to figure a low cost rear drive line that longer than the one i have. and figure out why my front brakes dont want to work. got some free front shocks of a dodge ram for the front. but after having the jeep almost kill me i have decided to wait till next week to finish.

Dana 30 is in the neighborhood of 200 lbs complete. Can't recall exactly what an 8.25 is but I know it's a bit less than a complete 8.8 which comes in at 195 lbs. They're moveable, but you don't wanna drop one out by yourself and be under it and sure as hell don't want to drop one on your foot.

stock axles arent that heavy to behonest but they will still hurt you if you arnt paying attention.
