I appreciate the kindness. Could've used it earlier but apology accepted. Now let's move on. I'm sure that along the way, I will have a lot of questions about my XJ build. My first and this may not be the right forum to ask, but I'd appreciate any direction, one is what to do with the front bumper? It's still stock. I want a custom look. What has everyone else done?
This is a great thread for little questions like that:

The thread we're in now really isn't meant for help, so let's get this thing back on track

99 sport is a great year and model. I have the same. for a front bumper there are way to many options to list them all but you can buy just about any kind of aftermarket front bumper you could dream of. I personally like a stubby bumper for clearance purposes. For questions like this, you might want to try in the ask the question thread. and Welcome to CF.

You know what the best part of deleting post whoring is? The fact that the post count goes down with every one I delete!
And y'all don't worry..... stuff is in the works to get him gone

I say we just let it go for now. but anywho, I have to agree on the 99 thing. didn't know it when I bought mine but come to find out, I think its the best year. good intake, possibly good rear axle, hp front, no 0331 head, cup holders... lol
