thunder j i think you'll like the rc 6.5 lift i love mineit's not the long arm though. so let me know how that works out almost thought about getting that one but didn't have enough money so went with the 6.5 lift with sye and cad kit instead the new drive shaft's kick a$$. there is no hesitation when you shift into gear.

thanks, i actually made it myself, it wasnt very hard to make and wasnt very expensive, majority of the cost was spray-on truck bed liner which kind of scratches off, you can see where i bungeed stuff down. if i were to make another one i would try to find something that doesnt come off as easily. its just EMT conduit, theres a few write ups on how to make em. no welding or nothin and its pretty solid.
wow, that is sweet!!! time to search

Thats awesome gray I ordered it this morning should be here by the weekend hopefully i'll have it on and let ya know how it is. When you run into some more money you could always just buy the long arm upgrade.
I already had the sye and tom woods on there so I didnt need to order it this time around. I love the shaft too haha ?

finished gutting it....
originally i was planning to leave the dash in and keep heat....then i noticed my heater core was leaking, so i decided to just go ahead and completely gut it. pulled dash out yesterday and pulled the heat/ac stuff out today.
also stripped the inside wiring harness down to practically nothing, the jeep runs and has headlights, THATS IT. i plan to wire up some tail/brake/reverse lights soon, but i think i'm going to use trailer lights and fog lights instead of the stock ones, i have some thin aluminum dismond plate i think i'm going to make some light boxes out of.

i ground out the few little rust spots on top from the rack and then treated the metal with naval jelly. after, i filled any spots that went copmletely through the metal and then i undercoated the whole top. next week, i will paint the whole jeep in camo (well, after i put my 3.5" lift on)

Today, the Jeep got a facelift. I first took off the old crappy brush guard that was half falling off with one good Walmart light and one busted light. Then I removed the bumper and gave it some fresh black paint. While that was drying, I cut my fenders even with the headlight bezel. Last, but not least, I relocated the vacuum canister to under the hood. I'd say I did good for one day.

Installed shocks in my dads jeep. After he paid me for that I went and bought two slightly used P235 Goodyear Wranglers and had tem installed cause my old ones were bald.

Installed an AEM TB spacer a buddy gave me. He had bought it for his XJ before selling it. Took me longer to find my gloves than it did to install it!

shop vac'ed 3 inches of water on the driver side floor. painted rear bumper with rustoleum, it was getting surface rust spots. i will have to take off the rear bumper in the summer and refinish the whole thing. add another thing to the list of summer to do's!
