Went and worked a little more on my 91 ground down what was left of stock shackle boxes. Had to make it flush for the relocation brackets.

Then I went to the hardware store to get a couple of washers and then pondered around with a spacer idea for between the reloc brackets and frame rail since I won't have a hitch.

Fixed my driver side speaker. Just had to bend the pins on the connector.

Can't find any Dex/Merc that's not crap so ill have to keep searching.

Nearly all the fluid I put in the coolant reservoir is gone... compression check tomorrow.

Okay failed at what I set out to do in my last post... too damn cold and dark and hungry to continue. Also fuel injectors are pissing me off. At least I got all the grommets on the new valve cover snapped in and all the crud out of the manifold holes.

Oh it froze here long ago, but today the high was in the mid-50s. Yeah got a light. Like a desk lamp but with magnetic base that changes out to a hook or clamp.

had a snap-on light for many years that I acquired for free, drove over it a couple years ago.... was like loosing a friend, I had that thing for like 10yrs with flawless victory...

Installed new Polk 5.25" speakers in the front doors. (Way better than 23 year old Dolby speakers).
Fixed a wire that was cut which led to my passengers not being able to roll down their windows.
Installed a "white" LED for the cargo area. (Light still doesn't come on with just the hatch open, but comes on with a door open.

Did u push up on the cargo light? It also act like a dome override switch for when u open the hatch and u don't want the light on
