Replaced the fan blower resistor. Now I'm able to run it at lower speeds instead of 4 at all the time. 33 bucks.

I don't know if it counts since I didn't install, but I scored a nice sye and driveshaft on the cheap yesterday, and picked up a free bumper today. Now to install!

Greased all the front end.. no more creaking and popping and tighten the trac bar down.. and hit 200000 miles in the jeep.

I installed new bumper, ends and wheel flare then started the first of many applications of PB Blaster to seat bracket bolts. The plan is to POR 15 the seat brackets while I figure out why the heat won't work in my drivers seat.

Last week I installed the green digital clock from an earlier model. Works good since the LCD light on my Jeep radio does not work any more. Good for day time. Green one good for night time. Constant power came off the radio harness #5 connection. Switched power came off the cig lighter right below the clock. Easy installation.

Last month I installed factory option cruise control. This was the easiest of all. It is totally plug and play. Donor was another 96 Sport.

I put on a lot of highway miles, especially at night, and these options really help the drive.
Is yours a 5 speed like mine?

Took her out to the desert this weekend pulling a trailer. My temp gauge is out, so I was just crossing my fingers the whole time! She performed flawlessly. Well, except for she sounded like she was bottoming out when I was off-roading, but I had a full complement of people, plus tools in the back. I'm missing one rear bump stop, so I guess I'll replace it. Any suggestions? Manufacturer, size, etc.
