Nope. It probably lit up because I turned the key to ON with all of the throttle body and area sensors disconnected in order to bleed air outta the gas lines. Third startup today, at lunch, it just went off
But now you've gone and ruined the mystery.

The new Cherokees are extremely capable in stock form, way more so then ours were. Our Cherokees definitely have more potential as of right now.

It just angers me that they would even bring the XJ back as something marketed a completely different way than it should be. Then again I'm a purist.

The Trail-Hawk is definitely capable (and i think it is the only one anyone has actually tested off-road so far, at $30K+ it better be capable), other models not so much. Non-Trail-Hawk KLs would have trouble following a Subaru Forester off-road and ADI models (all Sports and any Latitude/Limited without the off-road package) offer nothing over any other cross-over. KLs are also severely lacking in ground to body clearance and only Trail-Hawks have skid-plates to protect all the low-hanging wiring, tubing, hoses, engine/trans pan, fuel tank, etc. (and the Trail-Hawk has better clearance as well).

Tomorrow continuing with my list. Rear brakes, Brake booster, steering box, upper control arms, trac bar, paint roof, attach hi-jack and shovel to rack, wire lights on rack. Still have motor mount to do.

pulled my drivers-side seat cover up in an attempt to diagnose "no-heat" issue. It appears I have the "carbon fiber" type and will need to replace the entire cover. Win-Win for me because the side of seat is shredded and I was contemplating repairing or replacing. Now I just need to find the part number or someone selling one...

Today I took my 96 ZJ JGC laredo to the dealership to have a recall done. During the testing of Tue recall for the catalytic converter the machine fried my PCM. Luckily they ordered it and are replacing but after they do that then they try to test again I find out if I am getting a new catalytic converter. In the end I won't complain cause everything is covered.
