Installed my lift shackles, new leaf springs, new front shocks, 3" front spacers, removed my rear sway bar, trimmed back my exhaust and just got my Jeep off the ground. It was a good day.

Did you paint that cover or is that how it comes? I love the price and build of those covers.

What does that mean, though? Clogged heater core so you can participate in all of the seasonal threads? lol

I have the same one, it comes that way. I choose not to paint mine because I like how it looks too

It's hammered-style powdercoat on the Solid diff covers.

Hahaha no thank the jeep gods no problems. Just the norm that I have done for years, change the oil check the coolant viscosity and undercoat the whole thing. This year I did have one extra step. I had to take out the t stat I had in it for the summer and put the 195 back in

Yep. I havent done anything to mine except let mother earth love on it. The bottom half is pretty beat up and partially rusted from where i hit a few big rocks on my last trip out about a month ago. I dont have any complaints with it or my Lubelockers. I would replace the rickety *** 1/4 cap head bolts with standard hex head ones though.

One of the reasons I went with the Riddler cover on my D44 was the recessed bolts. I felt better about them on the rocks.

They don't make them anymore and they are hard to find. Buddy of mine was parting his jeep out and knew I wanted it so he sold it to me

Yes but they are not true Lund visors. Very flimsy and cheap knock off's of the Lund

Those are nice and beefy covers. I've never encountered any problems with the way my cover is constructed or designed. The ribs on it are pretty scrathced, but i've never been hung up because of anything behind the axle. The center section is pretty low on the 8.25 so my old housing had plenty of dents and scratches to show that. The housing design is rather poor if offroading with the stock cover. There are so many over hangs and lips that the cover will start to be pulled away from the housing and leak. That happened the first time i went out with my club.
