Ordered a fan clutch and thermostat. Drove it for the first time in a week. So frustrating not being able to just jump in and go where I want with it which is why I bought a jeep. Nothing but problem after problem since I bought it 3months ago.

Threw my 2 new rim/tires on it. Tightened up my front shock bolts, as they came a little loose since the install. Oh yeah, and checked the oil. Perfect height, and still pretty thin for the 30F / -1C it was sitting at.

Picked the ice off of it, drove south for an hour, picked more ice off of it, drove south for another hour, picked more ice of it...
Currently no ice left. Managed to get the 1/2" thick stuff off in Toronto where it's merely raining. Trek north continues into power outage and accident land!

Finally took the time to get rid of the bulky *** SJ wire out and ran THW conductor. Frees up space in the grommet. Did this for the inverter. Also shortened the ground. Tomorrow i need to get a new inverter. Probably an 800w.

Pulled the driver's door apart to fix the window lock button and find out why the speaker wasn't working. Speaker wire was cut somehow between the fender and the door so I put in a new wire. And all the passenger window switches work now! Victory.

(Nice Ford, in High School my buddy had a 77 sky blue F250, a beast, we called it the "Beat Wagon", had a blast in that thing, it was old but fun.) It's a 78,I've had it 25 years and it survived 2 kids driving it to school,it was my only 4wd untill I got my Jeep.I have a 460 that I'm building for it to pull my travel trailer. It's a part of the family like my jeep that I just can't part with.
