last night i removed this piece of crap setup


ran two hoses to the core


backflushed the core.. i already caught all the coolant in a pan.. that just water fellas.. dont hug a tree on me


ran the core hoses straight to the inlet tube and thermostat housing... apologize for the degreaser


heat is now hot as hell...

 

What is the little brass fitting there, and where did you get it? I so need to do this, LOL

No credit to me... I used his parts list... I think i used a 7/64th bit... Just a shade under the size of the fitting threads... Works great!

the real question is, does it shoot washer fluid farther than the stock nipple does? :P

got my 33s installed

 

picked up some parts for it. New front u-joints, rear main seal, trans cooler lines, valve gasket cover.

 

Twice as far!! Thought about leaving it unhooked for a good tailgating deterrent

 

Got my u joints and hack n tap sye, that i ordered on Tuesday and Wednesday, in the mail today. Damni wish i had a garage, id be in there right now doing this

 

What's the brass doohickey in the box?

 

The drill jig. Its for lazy bastards like me that don't wane measure the center of the TC shaft. Will sell if after Im done with it

 

Wouldn't one of those Prestone flush 'n fill kits do the same thing?

 

I hear that you can use an old slip yoke as a guide. It's got a little indent in the center you can drill out. That's what I'm going to do anyway
