What did you do to your Cherokee today?
Finished my Durango box today, it's a bit tight but I like it. A lot better then my old busted box. So happy. Other then breaking the return line when undoing it off the old box, it was a breeeezzze. Broke a pitman arm puller though waiting for some funds to build up to buy 1 ton steering. Then getting an alignment.

Picked her up from the shop. What a HUGE difference the upgrades made! Rear discs made smooth, solid stopping power. Going to 4.10s stopped that struggling feeling going up hills. I'm still taking it easy for the break-in, but I get the sense that the driving experience will be MUCH improved! I haven't played with the lockers yet or tried out the compressor. Think I'll run to Harbor Freight for the coil hose. Gotta do research what size is best. Anyway, the compressor is where the ABS *was* and the 1 gallon tank is next to the gas tank on the passenger side. Very happy! I even got another $250 off for a holiday special. Next, I'll get frame stiffeners and have them weld down the IRO dual-shear track bar. They said the steering seems loose.

Well I was so close, when I went and rented one I literally barely used it and it popped off (scaring the **** out of me)
And then broke a line because the nut was corroded to the line so when I turned it to untighten it, it turned with the it so it just twisted it into a knot.

spraying the line where it meets the fitting and tapping it with a wrench helps sometimes it can happen with brake lines transmission lines power steering lines basically anything that uses a compression style fitting, a lot of times you can keep it from happening by working the fitting back and forth, tightening and loosening and it will pop free not always but more so then just turning it lol I hope this helps someone in the future lol

Well i learned when doing the 2nd line. Sprayed with some good stuff and loosened it up some, smacked it a couple times and BOOM out like butter.
If anybody every has to order the return line. Go to auto zone, i checked every place around here other then the stealership and they said a week.
Auto zone had it to me in 2 days and i paid $32
IN other news, i think i am going to be grabbing a daily driver here shortly.
95 cummins, manual trans. 200k miles. Exhaust, intake.
No leaks and what not.
$10k is what he wants and said he is pretty firm, but I'm pretty sure 9k in his face will work out pretty good.
