Did the works to my transmission. Replaced front and rear seals, replaced the cooler lie quick disconnects, changed the filter, and painted the pan engine red.

Look into leaf degree shims to fix it, won't cause any of the problems that a drop will.

Not as weird as you think. I installed a 2" BB on my 90 and it caused a horrible driveshaft vibration. I installed a 1" t/c drop which fortunately fixed the problem, since a SYE and new driveshaft aren't in my budget right now.

A lot of times it's just the u joints being bad. They get so used to driving at low angles that they develop bad spots, or the grease dries out. You'd be surprised how "well" a u-joint performs at low angles when it's gone bad. I had a 3" aal on my 89, which started vibrating. Changed the joints and it was fine. Then I got full leaf packs with shims and it was fine. I put in New motor mounts and a new transmission mount and suddenly I had vibes again. That's when I had to do at case drop.

Well, it was undrivable after lift. Had new motor mounts and tranny mount to go in. So I put those in and dropped tc an inch. It is good now. Does have slight vibration, which I think is old ujoints, like you mentioned. It will have to hold till next week when I have time to change them.

Next on list will be SYE and ds!

If it's that sketchy why are you risking your life trying to take a picture while driving with 50 mph winds...? Darwin Award 2014?
