Exactly what it is. Been a great sturdy rack. I did reinforce it a lil.

Finished installing carpet, seats and trim. Then changed out the fuel filter and now wiring up a AUX reverse light, I love tinted windows except at night.

spent a lot of time in the doors this weekend. fixed door catch yesterday. then outside handle linkage broke at the clip. jerry rigged that today with a couple zip ties. buttoned it up and checked window to make sure it was working. started binding, wasn't sure why. until I looked at weatherstripping in the front and window was cutting into it. was totally fine before. had to cut some of that and reattach a section with epoxy to maintain weather protection to a certain extent. damn doors. the linkage on rear drivers side door is still not working from outside. no real way to get into it without cutting some metal.

Tried and failed to replace leaf springs. Spent 5 hours and got 1/2 of a shackle off. Pretty irritated right now. Resorting to taking to a shop. Will be without it for this week.

two questions did you spray everything with a healthy coat of pb blaster? and did you break everything loose with slight presure on the axle or was it at full droop?
