Not when you have an aftermarket bumper.
There are many styles of aftermarket bumpers. Some go to the edges, some are slash-cut like yours, some wrap around to fit folded rear quarters, and some are more unique.

I spent about 6 hours fully refurbishing a fuel rail that I got at a junkyard. Sanded all the surface rust off the outside, soaked the inside in CLR (which worked wonderfully), and painted it with high-temp gold engine enamel last night. Looked really killer.

Unbolted the old one, removed everything out of the way, and re-installed the fuel injectors into the new rail. Went to bolt it back up and.....the ****ing nipple/rib that the fuel line clips to on the inlet port of the fuel rail was broken off. Didnt even look that close because the jeep was hit in the back so some piece of **** a$$h0le must have snapped it off just for fun. Waste of a morning, and I ended up having to do a quick clean-up on my old fuel rail and throw it in so I dont waste my entire day on this.

**** my life, why cant ANYTHING be simple and straight forward? ****ing waste of my day off, and now I'm in a terrible mood
Gonna go yell at the junk-yard desk guy to see if it makes me feel better, maybe he will sympathize with me and let me return it (I already wasted $10 on paint).

I also ****ing hate the winter.

[/rant off]

True, I like a simple design, that's rugged, and won't weigh me down.
