pulled my Heep up to the basement, rotated tires and checked pressure, topped off fluids, and replaced the horn with a new low note. Sounds like a dang cadillac horn now. geez. Then drove about 100 miles hauling the lil family around to ballgames and birtday parties. Blew the new horn at a couple of idiots in rice burners just to um.... check out the handiwork..

put real torque converter bolts in to replace the hardware ones it had in it, put my matching wheel back on from the blowout befor the hurricane, got pissed because I think my flywheel may be bad....... sounds like it's knocking....

Got my alignment done yesterday

3/4" toe, and my upper control arms are about an inch too long (why it wanders so bad)!!!!
GOES STRAIGHT WITH NO DW WOOOOO HOOOOOO!!!!

anybody have a 6.5 lift with fixed uppers that can tell me how long they are please

looked for the clunk in my steering. found it the lower shaft of the column has a lot of play now I am looking for another!! hard to find part!!!! I think I will have to look at the junk yard.

I installed the factory steel wheels that I cleaned and painted. Used Rustolum Light Charcol metallic Came out Real Nice. Its a pain to Mask off the edge of the rimsm But when it done the Tires Dont Have paint on them.

Hehe, funny. My previous XJ had the knee bashers and I just installed the e-brake impediment the other day. Now I need to adjust the e-brake so that it will actually engage with the three clicks I get before it hits the cupholder

Trying to fix my Dag Gone Heater !! It's gettin Chilly here in the mornings and my heat won't work !!
Andf I did fix the back Hatch lock that was acting up !!

I stripped the brackets & end caps off my two spare front bumpers, sanded & rattle-canned the best one semi-matte black. Waited for it to dry...then put best end caps on and mounted brackets. Tomorrow night after work I will sand and rattle-can the brush guard.

today i applied a nice coat of mud...tomorrow maybe a second coat(it didnt fully cover)
