Negative. 20gal. Older xjs had the same tank but the assembly was set higher. They do make a 32 gal tank that doesn't lose ground clearance

Default Today I spent a couple bucks

I just acquired my first Jeep. Its a 96 xj with 100k miles AT that I received for free from a family member. I have had some 4x4s in the past but nothing that I could build to be a decent trail rider. My budget was $2500 for upgrades. Last week I ordered a 4.5" rough country lift, steering stabilizer, wheels, 33" tires, 4 Hella 500 lights, and a roof rack.

RC Lift: including shipping: $910
5 steel wheels and a trail jack: $325
5 (Cheap MT 33") $690
Used roof rack from ebay $250
2 Paris of Hella 500 $160

That brings my total to $2,335

Tomorrow is the big install day. I am giving us 7 hours for the lift and 2 hours for the light install.

No my 92 is only 19 but if I shake rattle and force it I get 20 almost. I have run across a few with small ranks but I was use the numbers as a reference that some are diff so how many miles one gets could be skewed based on tank size and we did not have that info or how many gallons he put in after the 318.

Decided I wanted to go for a long drive in the mountains. 6 miles from my house was the exact moment my water pump decided to fail entirely (its been going for a few months) so I got to put a new one in.

That is not a 1996. It has to be a 1997-2001.

If you know of a place that makes them for a 96, please clue me in. The two places I know of no longer makes an extended tank that will fit.

Rescued 5 puppies that were dumped on a dirt road and bogged down in a corn field in the process.

--- really?? :-D
Do you have pics, - or ways to ID those 32 Gal tanks, like at a junkyard. Know what years to look at?

Default 1999 Jeep Cherokee

Just got the Jeep painted and today it gets a new Pioneer Stereo with all new speakers front and rear. Every upgrade keeps my son from getting this Jeep. He loves it and so do I. Maybe I should just buy another one for him?
So many for sale here in South Florida.
