No doubt about that. I got lucky the place I picked up the wheels from just had someone drop the tires off. I was so excited to see them I said how much for the swampers , thinking he would say a grand. To my surprise with 90% tread he'd said I'll take 550 . I said SOLD.
Love at first sight. don't tell my wife that

I traded a narrow worn out GM 14 bolt for 5 wheels. But they are not that expensive he sells them for like 40-50$ a piece.

You got a smoking deal, then. That wheel setup for a trade and $900, I'd pay that all day long. Nice score. They look good!

Thank you for the complement . To make them a double Beadlock you have to assemble three different pieces then bolt the two haves together , which is kind of a bear but the end result was well worth the busted knuckles and the sweat.

Default Lights, transfer case, 4wd linkage and pinched brake line

Hey guys,

I have a 97 with an RC 4.5"

Yesterday was a very successful day. I managed to lower my transfer case using RC transfer case lowing kit. Which got rid of all vibrations in the drive-line. A little note to everyone that has a 97 xj, there are two studs in the transfer case. I backed it out by doubling up the nuts by using the nut from the other side.

I had my 4wd linkage pop out of one of the mounts connected to the body. I think this may have happened when I was jumping on the front axle to help pop my spring in.

I then installed 4 Hella lights.

Then when backing down the drive way I managed to pinch my brake line and lost all brake pressure and had to get towed back home.

I had my brake line built at a brake and clutch company for $50.

I am replacing my tie rod inners today to get rid of my death wobble.

I have DIY beadlocks, and I agree 100%. 32 bolts per wheel. Pulling and replacing tires is a PITA, but totally worth the effort. I have interest in going to the double beadlock someday...do you know if your source will ship? That's a heck of a good price on those....
