me and a buddy went to the local pick and pull... got myself some coil springs from a bronco (hope they fit) and also a pair of dakota 4x4 leaf packs for my bastard pack.
now i just gotta find a good write up on how to do the bastard pack and get to work on it!
im guessing ill get a little over 3" lift maybe even 4" dunno if it'll need a t case drop or sye yet

New valve cover gasket, oil change, and welded my exhaust back on after ripping it off last week....oh, and had a friend wipe the mud out of the inside of it and vacuum the carpet.

Too steep of a pinion angle so my oil slinger didn't sling oil. I'm going to drop the angle about 2 degrees and move the fill plug up about 2 inches, swap the bearings and I should be golden. It's a junkyard axle and I didn't check the pinion bearing since the carrier bearings and wheel bearings were good. With my luck should have known.
