Sweet! Seems simple enough. Could you get me specs on it? Like thickness of steel and overall length across it? I work in a metal factory and can get the steel for free and have one of the welders make it for me. They're all certified so if should turn out nice! Also, how much we're the D ring tabs?
D ring tabs were 30 ish bucks
Today I got the Dana 30 pulled, now need time to weld brackets.

Took off the trim around the headlights...because I can.
Also cleaned my battery cable-to-post connections, had some trouble starting the past couple days so i remembered what a wise man once told me "refresh connections before replacing components" lol

Went to get gas to drive the Jeep to work tomorrow. That turned into getting gas and cruising around town blasting Jamey Johnson and George Straight.

took another sorrowful look at it as it sits in my garage, hood stripped to bare metal in various stages of prep for paint, full rubicon 3.5" lift sitting in the back aching to be installed....
Went from 3 inch rc to about 5 inch rear 4.5 front with greasable shackles, new shocks and bpe's all the way around, 4.5 re superflex coils, and rc quick discos in the front... I couldnt get rear shackle bolts, so I did rear cut and fold so I could just hit them with my impact gun... that was last week.... today, I fiberglassed over the underside of my folded quarter panels. I had already used a roof sealant between folds ad riveted, but I want a waterproof guarantee. Ill sand and herculiner tomorrow. If theres time ill throw in my tc drop.
If the tc drop helps, ill shim the axle and buy rustys cross member so that I can retain clearance. I had the tc drop laying around from when I did my 3 inch lift.
If it doesnt work, ill be paying mr tom woods some money.
Rear cut and fold looks sharp. Fiberglass is messy but effective. Wish I could afford a cut and fold rear tire carrier..

No, I don't lick fish.
I can relate.... mine's sitting in the yard next to the driveway waiting for money for driveshafts and front axle.
