Been a hell of a day.. Buddy sunk his f150 past frame deep so I tried winching him out, just slid me forward. Hooked a rope up to my rear tow hook and to a stump, that ripped my hook directly out of the frame. Tried pulling him out with rope but just got myself stuck and had to winch out myself. Ended up wrapping my rope around my shackle and hooking that up to a tree and winching him out. He was so stuck my winch plate on my bumper actually peeled forward..
THEN I get home and am helping my friend at the shop I work at when I hear a crash and see a car get t-boned and start to flip over. Started running over as it flipped onto the roof. I was the first at the car even though I was 200ft away and was able to unlock the drivers door and get him out fine but the passenger side was hit so we were more careful with her and waited for the ambulance.

I'm still pumped up on adrenaline after it all too, it was unbelievable how fast everything happened and running over. Just glad they'll both be okay

Gave mine a nice wash down today, put some oil in it and degreased the side of the block to find where the oil leak is coming from.

Got to work on the Jeep yesterday TLC:
1) Washed Her, inside and out.
2) Cleaned the K&N
3) Changed the Oil... Twice...
Well I bought the Oil from Walmart as the Jeep has always preferred conventional 10W-40 for some reason. Well I went to pour in the 5Qt Jug and it was BLACK!! Some dingbat most have changed his oil then returned it. He did a great job covering it up though, anyway drove back to Walmart exchanged the oil and repeated the process.
This ate up the rest of my day to do the diffs so I'll be working on that through out the week.
Left to do for the TLC:
Change D30 Front Diff, Install Solid Cover
Fix D44 Rear Outer Seal, Install Solid Cover
Run Lucas Fuel Cleaner
Install Brown Dog Motor Mounts

.
Not only that, many of the 4.0s with toasted motors then went to the junkyard and were later crushed.
What a great contribution Fram has made to the Jeep community. Let's rally around them!!
One thing if it's an error. .Another all together if it's neglect.
