Started in on the other side of the relocation brackets. Found this when pulling up the carpet.

It just keeps getting better... lol.

Mine's not near as bad... but nowhere near perfect either.
Alrighty, well I didn't have a chance to post it yesterday, but.... this little stocker height 2wd open-diff XJ (mine) pulled out a TJ on 33's out of the mud... before anyone says anything, my rear wheels were on dry dirt - but I'd say it was still a proud moment for a 1992 XJ with 220k on the clock, an open rear diff, no 4wd, and a turd in the rear.

Put on some wiper arms from a 99. Hopefully they are better than the pin arms I took off. Also my roto-tech rotors came in today. Anyone have any reviews on them? Brake lines should be here tues so I can do the install next weekend.
Were the hook arm wipers easy to install/replace?

I want to hug her as always.. But currently she's giving me a headache....
Was sitting for two years... Fixed the rear pinion bearings, windshield.. And little stuff.. And got her on the road.. Had a miss problem... Replaced a ton of stuff.. Plugs cap.. Etc.. To learn it was a dead Injector... Fixed it yesterday and ran decent and then like a switch I'm having a pop through the intake.... Idles fine and just off idle is okay.. The minute you start to put a load on the engine to accelerate.. It pops worse than a warehouse fire at Orville Redenbacher... So I replaced throttle body gasket checked connections looked for vacuum leaks.. And found no solutions.. So I came on here to waste time and back away in case I missed something simple....

More progress on the Heep today. Got the intake and exhaust manifolds, and the thermostat housing removed. Discovered the exhaust manifold is cracked at the collector.
Next I got the head off. Pretty well accordioned the head gasket pulling that heavy thing out of there, so I couldn't very well examine it for damage. Didn't see any hugely obvious damage to the head, and no chunks of metal dropped out, so this one maybe savable.
Now pondering going back out to try to remove the radiator and AC condenser.
