True that and that is too funny!! It's probably because all four bolts in each corner were bolted down properly. Sorry for the bruise Then again... I think I smell what you're stepping in.

i also run less backspacing and wider wheels than stock, so track width increases stability. Unsprung weight from the larger heavier tires comes into play as well to counteract the effects of increasing the lift height.

There's more to the eye than the body being higher off the ground.

Lol!!! Yes exactly! Man I'm just messing around. I'm here in Indonesia bored to death. I understand back spacing etc. I just had the same conversation with my dad explaining the same thing to him. Were all good. Just love these XJ's and how much money we can spend on them

The great thing is.....since I'm away. I have everything shipped to my dads house . So.... wife has no idea. Man if you knew what was waiting for me whan I get home at my dads house in a couple weeks. I have so many parts and things to install. I may run out of time, before I come back here. I have like 26 days for install, honey doo's, family time Myrtle Beach Bike week, a few beers, did I say "Honey-Doos"? Lol!!!

That's a long flight for only a month back.
I was in Vietnam for a month, didn't want to get back on the plane.
I think it's good to hoard parts with one big install, maybe I'm just trying to make myself feel better since I've got everything for under the Jeep in parts waiting to go in.

Edit* I didn't do anything to my Jeep today other than feed the tank some more.

Yes, it is! I'm thankful for Business class. I come home every 4 months and have been doing this now for 3 years. So for now its just become part of life. Having the XJ though, outside of my family gives me something to do while I'm over here. I love projects, just not Honey-Doo ones. Lol!

I would replace those allen cap head bolts with regular hex head ones. I think they use allen cap ones in case they get hit and rounded off, but they are a pain to use over a hex head.
