did the cut and fold mod. took all day cutting and welding. (only 1 side :/
super ghetto. but its folded and closed up completely.

Nice I used pop rivets and fiberglass and a little silicone to seal mine up.

TEST drove the jeep today. Temp. stayed at 192 the new fans really work.

I'm sure it's the Zip Ties & the "Race Red" Tape.

Either way, glad it's working, should be pretty clean once you get some mounting tabs made.

Debated. Rear brakes went out on the way home from Blessing of the Jeeps. Got a fresh disc brake setup on my D44, but it has a bad pinion bearing. So do a 100% drum brake job on the 8.25, or carrier and pinion bearings on the D44....

D44 duuhh.


was that fan plug and play? remove steel fan. zip tie in plastic electric one? then plug in?
i want to swtich to electric fan but i really dont want to mess with cooling fan wiring

Picked up a set of 5 alloy simulated beadlocks for 130$ drove an hour to get them

Made some sway bar disconnect ties using the husky Velcro strap with d ring and heavy duty magnets I got at Home Depot. Magnets are on my frame tie ins that came with my bumper. Took it wheeling and they didn't even budge!! Got tired of going through my zipties
