left it outside last night because it was poring rain and I didn't feel like taking the trailer off. I usually park it in the garage. Today the floors are full of water. My headliner and both my front seats are soaked. Next project will be to pull the headliner out and fix the drain lines for the sunroof and find all the roof leaks.

Replaced the rear passenger door window that got busted. The shop was asking almost $200 for them to do it. I went to the salvage yard & picked up the glass for $35 and did the work myself. It was even factory tinted!

Also started looking for a 1996-1999 XJ (Sport, preferably) 4x4. I love my XJ now, but I want to start playing out in the boonies more and need the 4WD love.

Meant to post this earlier:
Last Wednesday/Thursday- swapped out the ugly gray center console for nice burgundy one from my wrecked rig. Also changed the visors for the burgundy ones. Moved over the two roof racks from old so now I have four on my new rig. Moved over rear seat and back rest. Installed the ceiling liner, (2 weeks ago). I guess I shouldve brushed off the insulator cuz the liner didnt stick well with the spray adhesive and drooped by the next day. So I invested $5 and "installed" pins all over in the ceiling to hold it up. (Didn't feel like taking the liner back out). Then got trim installed. Replaced rear wiper motor. Installed dash bezel from old rig into new after replacing light bulbs in dash.
Today went to JY and spent $20 on 2 handgrips, a security horn Im just gonna use for a "GTF outta my way!" horn, a bracket Im gonna use for mounting something, a hitch and a cheap jack just for extra. Got the handgrips installed, then discoed the ABS sensor under the back seat.

Almost almost barrel rolled her down a 75% grade that was easily a 50 foot vertical drop.
Literally had my passenger rear tire off the ground by a solid 8-10" and had to have a couple guys hold the passenger rear corner down while I eased it out of off-camber.
According to one of the guys who helped me keep from totalling it....I have ***** of steel
