What are you using to turn the bolts? 2' breaker bar was the minimum for me.

Don't forget heat and PB Blaster are useless if you're not applying them to where the bolt actually threads in. If you've just been spraying and heating the heat not much is happening lol.

I've been using my 2' bar with a pipe on the end. I've soaked the bolt, bushings and all inside the access hole in the bottom of the frame. (Thanks search for that useful piece of info.) I've heated everything but to no luck. Also it's not my gas so I'm not trying to use all of it on my roommate.

I think I wound up using a jack to break those bolts loose lol. I don't recommend the grinder method unless you're ready to weld a new nut inside the frame.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble, I actually just took my leafs out today. My problem was that the bushing sleeve was frozen to the bolts (as usual) so I had to back the bolt out until the threads were all the way out then cut the bolt. From backing the bolt out so far I mangled my leaf spring hanger pretty bad but I think it's salvageable

I also took my rear shocks out, breaking all 4 upper bolts, as I expected

My shackles were in pretty bad shape too

I got the pass side main eye and shackle bolts out about 1" or so then they just spin. The dr shackle just spins. I think the nut broke off the welds. Dr eye came out about 1/2" but rounded off. Seems like I got another long day tomorrow. Good thing I'm on vaca all week

Attached a front driveshaft, adjusted my boostwerks shift linkage, bleed the MC and the rest of brake system.

Then my dad said we should go test it out, took it to a local spot, got it dirty. My brakes don't work quite right. I don't know if I still have air in the lines or my rears need adjusted but my brakes don't work quite right. They stop me, but there's a delay and I have to push down quite far. Like I lost pressure.

Oh and my tcase doesn't shift right. Couldn't get it to go in anything at one point. It was like stuck in neutral. Had to drive it home while holding it in 4hi. I'm assuming the linkage needs adjusted further. I dunno.

Edit: well apparently the attachments did load, I flexed it out after bleeding the brakes. Lol.
