Broke the steering stop bolt head clean off. Why is everything on this thing made of swiss cheese? I soaked my crossmember bolts with Kroil for weeks, and went at it with a gentle touch, and they still turned to butter. Starting to get annoyed.

Thursday, welded some gussets on my front bumper, reinstalled the replacement 20 inch LED light bar, wheeled and accidently went into a ditch and badly mangled up the passenger LCA mount on the axle.
Friday, fixed the LCA mount by hammering it back in shape and welded large 1/8 inch thick washers on both sides of the bolt, then welded the JKS mini skids.
Wheeled lightly to dial in the front bumpstops. Found there's enough room for me to take out a hockey puck from each stack.
Packed the jeep and drove 100 miles to Rausch creek. Slept overnight in the jeep
Wheeled all day Saturday on mostly blues and blacks. Drove 100 miles back home.
Sunday, Steering felt so loose so I checked everything. Found that the panhard bracket on frame was loose. Tightened it all up and recentered the steering wheel.
That pretty much summarized my whole weekend lol.

Floor pan
Found a few small rust spots on my 'rust-free' 96. Driver side floor pan. Likely from the previous owner because I keep it in the garage.
Windshield leaks a bit and runs down A-pillar. Will use an elostomer adhesive/filler to fix it.
I ground down the tiny rust spots, primed then coated with asphalt based undercoating. Using bedliner could make it worse by allowing any rust to fester underneath the coating.
