I second that. Glad you're getting it back on the road after such a fiasco. Beats it going to the scrapper.

Picked up some rollers and POR 15 so I can finish up floors and get the interior put back in. I still need to get that one broken bolt for the drivers seat out. I have tried PB Blaster, WD40 rust formula, ATF and acetone, and heat so far and still can budge it. Next is to weld a piece of steel to the part sticking out the bottom in hopes that the heat from welding and the extra leverage from the steel will be enough. If that doesn't work I am left with drilling it out and tapping the hole. For the record I have already tried drilling it out, but the drill bits keep breaking. Cheap drill bits BTW and the only quality bits I have are bigger than the broken bolt

They go over the weak brackets and strengthen them, 1/4' thick stuff. Great for just $25. Follow my build thread to see them mounted soon.

I only bypassed the fan clutch pully, brother.
Pretty common thing to go to e fans.
Only thing I did different was go straight to the alternator from the harmonic balancer as to not have to put the belt around the fan clutch pulley. I did this with a shorter belt. The bearings in the shaft the clutch bolts to are not serviceable.
So to avoid going to a junk yard that's what I did and I love it.

They look good! I lost a flare somewhere so I'm going to have to find a spare and paint them all black.
