By broken, do you mean it's stripped onto the stud? For that I found the best answer is 1300 ft-lbs of Nitrocat impact wrench. Either way, your Stud's boned so might as well not mess around with it. Then again, I keep forgetting a 1/2 drive impact wrench isn't a common tool. Being a professional has spoiled me...

No I took it to get inspected and still have the crappy stock lug nuts. Well the outer shell was no longer there and when they went to take it off the whole nut looking part of it broke off leaving nothing but the shoulder, still fully seated in place. Nothing to get a socket onto, just the back portion of the nut that is sunk into the wheel

Trust me I hate them too. I am buying a full set of solid chrome ones this weekend. Not cheap but those crap ones just cause problems. Plus their shiny!

Heat, and a tie rod end removal tool. ( try either the pickle fork style or press style). Just be careful either way..when it comes it's liable to fly out

Pics? Wiring? I've been looking into the Taurus fan, but can't find the right one at any of the junkyards around. There's tons of old Volvos though.
