Not today but yesterday, I changed the transmission fluid in my '01 Sport. Planned on changing the fluid in the transfer case but couldn't loosen the drain and fill plugs. Hit them with a wire brush and some PB Blaster. I'll try again in a day or so and maybe use a bigger wrench.

Ordered a bunch of stuff from HD Offroad. He is a vendor for Barnes 4wd and his doscount applies to their 15% off sale right now too. Saved me just over $80 on brackets and heims as well as hooking me up on passenger 3 link bracket. Ho bag is the man!

Started it up and quickly shut it down and started to seriously consider sending it to the scrap yard. First it was a dead CPS after the transmission replacement, then it blew a power steering line, quickly followed by the transmission line that runs along the bottom of the rad. Next the TCM failed, and I noticed the cracked exhaust manifold. Now the fuel rail has a hole just past the ridge where the fuel line connects. It seems that every time I get one thing fixed another pops up out of no where. All the times I have run this thing since I got it in the summer it has never showed signs of a fuel leak till today. Nearest JY fuel rail is 2.5 hours away, or I have to spend close to $300 to order a new one in.

They seem like a great company to deal with. I've only heard good things. I'm going to be buying their stiffeners and shackle relocaters soon.

I drained and filled my diffs and TC, and installed some IRO lift shackles. Did have some help from friends though.
