About to crack the rear diff to diagnose an Aussie locker issue. A Lube-locker gasket and a pneumatic wrench make it easy.
Issue is when going straight, occasional popping sound accompanied by quick torque steer. It is unlocking one axle-shaft.
Tire psi is even. I will measure circumference of tires first, tolerance is 3/8" difference between left and right tire..

Agree with this ^^^^^^^^ get a new spring kit with pins.

At least you got through to them, I called several times, emailed, and even Facebooked them and got a short response saying theyd call me the next day: they never did. What are you trying to get from them?

Dannnnnnng. 1 down - 3 to go!
I had a 50% success rate - hopefully yours is better
This should go without saying, but don't put them back in. Use new grade 8 bolts (5/16 -18 X 1" or so i think)

Coil mount brackets. They're holding up my project. Wish Ruffstuff or Barnes made a similar bracket. Should have just gone with something else and modified it.

Ruffstuff doesn't have coil mounts? I find that incredibly hard to believe...
Sucks though - hopefully you get em soon

Haha whoops, meant to use "patch" "Tiger Patch". My exhaust where the downpipe meets the cat is sleeved instead of a flange and put the tiger patch on the end where the clamp is for more strength in holding it together.
