Give these guys a call if you're dead set on those and still have issues with Ballistic, at least they pick up the phone.
Beach Bum
Thank You for the info and link.
I was thinking that the rotational torque on crosspin (through carrier), is what forces the inside ratchets into the outers and keeps them locked.
Or perhaps a combination of springs and the crosspin. I will get springs and try again someday, and recheck the specified gaps.
I removed the locker and re-installed spiders, to be ready for a 1/2 hour drive to preschool in the morning..

Thats funny, I was going to order the same thing. Their design is great, but im not going to support a company that doesn't take my call seriously.

A tiny amount yesterday. All I did was replace the plastic nutsert for the headlight shround and order a replacement center cap for one of my wheels. Today the real work starts...starting to strip the rust from my front bumper and wheels and repainting them, and replacing the track bar bushing. Hopefully I can get more done today.
what I did to my jeep
Well I tryed to solve the fault it has developed.... To no success..... Am baffled and wished that I'd kept my terrano...will have to get out the credit card and get it recovered to jeep......

Only got the front bumper off today and started treating it with naval jelly while trying to keep the neighborhood cat away. I'm going to have to do the rest of the work in my garage with the door closed instead of out in my driveway where that cat will surely get naval jelly all over itself.
Excellent choice!
I got the synthetic-line version.............

Snow
Hey, Alan is that a recent picture??? Is there that much snow up there on the trails??? If I get my winch this year I will have to go snow wheeling. Looks like a blast.
Actually it was taken almost a year ago.....................January 19th of this year to be exact.....
My friend Josh (in the picture next to my XJ) and I ran Slaughterhouse Gulch.........
Plenty of deeper snow in various sections of the trail............
I think we both ended up winching ourselves out 3 times apiece.........
Lets go snow wheeling!
I got winch enough for both of us................Just bring your Jeep!
