Leaf spring plates with bump stop extensions showed up from DIYBEADLOCKS. Nice place to work with. Very satisfied.

Placed some orders for a busy weekend.
New upper CA bushings.
New Ubolts and center pin for new plates and bastard pack rework.
Front shock stud conversions and 5100s
Going to bump stop front and rear.

Cant wait.

Probably..lol

I need to work out a couple quirks..very random rough idle..thinking either a loose plug or a fouled one..maybe a sensor.

The tumbler seems a bit sticky when turning it over..

Just dropped in a new battery because it was starting very slow and the old one tested bad.

I'm going to really clean it..and go slow..I'd like to build a super nice DD xj.

I am almost done welding on the front end. I also got some hockey pucks for bumps stops while it is apart. I hope to be rolling next week.

So even after burping my coolant system, my heat is still only warm. I don't get it. My heater core is brand new and my system has been flushed so many times that there shouldn't be a reason for any clogging.

My Jeep stays cool – about 180 degrees (the thermostat I put in) and it doesn't overheat. Sometimes on hot days after longer road trips, my Jeep gets to just below 210, but never over (is that normal for a 180 thermostat?)

Any ideas would be appreciated

Cherokees aren't known for running cool but just under 210 won't hurt anything. Mine runs about 205 in the heat and about 190 in the cool. Less when its cold as hell out

It's not the engine temperature I'm worried about; my temperature runs alright. It's that my heat isn't blowing hot. I want hot heat!
