Glad ya got it back.

Spent most of the day working on my son's rig. Looks like we'll be swapping out some shift solenoids.

Last night I ordered 6 used Dodge Neon fuel injectors. Today I went to 2 different AutoZones to get the o-rings. But each store only had 1 box of 4. So only able to get 8 of the 12 I need, lol. Tomorrow after work I'm going to a 3rd AutoZone to get the last 4 I need. Might be installed on or by Friday. Depends on if I have time.

did more brainstorming for my bumper and practiced welding some 1/4" scrap I have laying around. Turns out using flux core wire you CAN weld 1/4" plate with a 90amp Miller HandyMig. You just gotta turn the power all the way up, use a slow wire speed and be really slow about it, I got really good penetration with that setting. Needless to say with the way I'm building my bumper, the winch plate isnt going ANYWHERE unless the front 12 inches of my XJs frame go with it.

Can anyone tell I've been waiting 9 friggen months to get started on this and I'm super super excited?

Got a tire changer at HF for $40, got rims on CL for $50 and tires for NOTHING by meeting up with a guy that was getting his changed at the 4x4 parts store here (33x12.5x15 ~30% tread left). I made out.

Trimmed the fenders yesterday too and now the meatballs are on without getting sliced.
