What's supposed to be in it? I've seen it but I usually don't touch that sort of stuff. Not even MMO.

It sounds like something I need to try if it stops that clacking lifter noise at startup.

I've been running good oil, Shell Rotella, and I even use STP or Lucas with every oil change. I even tried Seafoam in the crankcase and nothing has helped at all as of recent.

If it does the trick, perhaps it will postpone my rebuild a bit.

i highly recomend it. my engine runs so smooth and quite, and right from first start up with it to. and my jeep had a lot of engine noise comming from it too.

its a shame it couldnt fix my exhaust leak lol

Well I did some research. It's basicly a 3 part compound they call csl. It's a sort of oil with copper, silver, and lead in it....guess it makes since as to why it works.

Is it a one-time deal, or do you have to use it every oil change?

I did Rotella T6 today and that by itself made a huge difference. I know I have a bit of bearing play, my oil pressure gauge was fluctuating a little bit at idle, but with the T6 the needle is rock solid and I gained a notch of pressure on the gauge too. Not that I had a low pressure problem to start with, just that needle width of movement on the gauge at idle.
