What did you do to your Cherokee today?

Well the all thread and washers worked good it let me get the bushing in and was much easier than whacking on it with a BFH. Whew. Would have been nice to have a ratcheting box end that fit. As for the relocators there is no more shackle clap. Im pretty happy about that.

Drill out the rubber with a few holes and dig it out. Take a hack saw/sawzall and cut the remaining sleeve where the eye meets the spring. Then with a small cold chisel, starting at the cut, fold the sleeve in. It takes some force but once it starts it gets easier. Then it should come out. Worked really well this time. First time I did it I literally beat on the sleeve for hours before cutting it. But it eventually clicked and got it out. This was last summer.
