I'm still trying to find a photo of a Cherokee driving a Cherokee. That would be fantastic.
I live close to a reservation, but they are Mohawk not Cherokee, so I can't help you out

Default YUP

Replaced the cylinder head in my 2001 XJ this weekend. Also upgraded my battery cables, changed the diff oil, fixed the window lock issue, and replaced the oil pan gasket.

PRODUCTIVITY

Picked up the steel I need for the DIY relocation brackets and filled it up with gas again. either my mileage is jumping up and down or my tripometer got reset and I didn't know it last time. First time I checked mileage I was getting 18. something. Last time it was down to 13.4 mpg, this time it was back to 18.7 mpg. I was a little worried that my more aggressive tires had stolen massive mileage

Yes that is combined driving US MPG. In Imperial it works out to 22.45 MPG

Any how, tomorrow I start spraying the shackle bolts with penetrating oil in hopes that they are ready to come out freely once I have the brackets made and ready to go in.

Quick question. I have been doing a little calculating on how much lift I will gain in the rear with the DIY relocation brackets if I aim for a 45° to 50° shackle angle. Just going by my rough figures it is looking like it will be in the range of .75". I like the way my Jeep sits right now, so it looks like I will be getting the appropriate height coil spacers for the front so it doesn't rake out too much. The Zone white bodies that came with my 3" lift should be OK with an extra 3/4" right? I am not planning on tackling Moab or anything like that this year and as I can see it all I am doing is trading a little down travel for better ride quality.

I am asking because I don't know the right answer and am looking for input Unfortunately new shocks are out of the picture for a little bit, just like the no lift relocation brackets. At least until I find new employment any how

Yeah should be fine, think about how you flex, it extends the shock more than 3/4 of inch. And I drive like a race car driver but that's in my DD not the jeep

I'm sorry, I didn't mean that to be rude. Panhard bar is a term used by much of the automotive world, but the Jeep community calls it a track bar. I guarantee you aren't the only one here who didn't understand
