LOL. Don't think they generate those kinds of numbers. Not sure its a real dyno in that sense. Looked to me like it was just rollers so they could get emissions measurements while the vehicle is operating.

In MD they have rollers so they can sniff emissions at different speeds. They are only used on the older pre-OBDII cars

And South Carolina my state of origin doesn't check anything and just sells you a sticker for 20 bucks.

In NJ they only do emissions and taxes pay for the tests and inspection tags

No. They put it on a dyno. It's really an emissions inspection but theoretically they can legally fail you for things like fluid leaks, vibrations, and some other stuff. Not sure how often that happens. First time I've had to do this kind of inspection since CO started doing them this way.

Just got my roof top tent from the shippers and am getting it put together and ready to install on the XJ. It is going to be an awesome summer!
