I sold my old tires and rims (plus spare) on Craigslist on the parking lot of American Tire in Yonkers.

I then immediately purchased Fuel rims and upgraded to 35 inch Federal tires.

They are now looking sweet on the XJ!!!

Did an oil change and got rid of a few years worth of old oil. AZ would have taken it all but they were nearly full so O'Reily took 5gal. Still gotta take the old coolant over to the township recycling center.

Fixed a broke electric window motor and used it as a parts chaser for the roommates car parts.

I finally opened up the box containing my brake conversion parts from Big_Dave. As soon as my bearings and seals show up I'm knocking' it out. Also disassembled, prepped and primed a Hi-Lift jack a buddy of mine gave to me. And finally, picked up a nice Rola roof basket from a local guy on CL. The plan is to attach the 4XRAC jack mounts to the basket then Monstaline it prior to installation.

With all the yard work that needs to be done and only one day off all I did was measure the actual lift on mine. Turns out that the rear is sitting at 4" of lift and the front is at 3.5". That is with a full tank of gas and 7 months to settle I still have to do my shackle relocation brackets too, but it answers why my 3" lift cause drive line vibrations. Looks like that SYE is going to have to go in before the brackets and spacers to get it leveled out again along with new shocks

Upgrades

Replaced rotors, calipers and pads. One of the banjo bolts broke on re-install...caused me quite a bit of headache. Had to wait for them to show up at the local parts store. But, all is good and stopping great.

Side note, bought a vacuum bleeder to do this. Highly recommended! Made bleeding a breeze, and you can use it to check for vacuum leaks as well...and it's rebuildable. Money well spent.
