Wired my roof lights. Now I'm just waiting for nightfall so I can adjust the beam.

Replaced the headliner and sun visor covers. Black looks much better than the dingy gray/blue. Thanks to my awesome wife for the help.

I went and looked at one today, might buy it. 88 4.0 5 speed 4x4, in great shape, but it's a 4 door. I'm debating whether or not to buy it right now...really depends if I can get the price low enough. For what he wants for it I can get a 4.0 5 speed 88 MJ...I hate these decisions, wish I could just buy both lol

Only drawback is I'd have to make it 4x4. Which I'm not opposed to, I've done it before, but then I'd have to buy another Jeep for parts.

I would still do it because it's a MJ... If it was a 2wd XJ, I would have passed on it.

Remember you'd need a 4x4 MJ for parts or have a custom rear drive shaft done up.

Previous owner never took it offroad so I took it offroad for the first time. It was pretty fun. Then I got stuck so I engaged 4h and got out with ease. Hopefully I will have time next weekend to take it offroad again.

I re-engineered the 90 break pads I had to fit the 88 calipers and reassembled my front breaks.

Rebuilt 4.0L engine installed, 4.5" Rough Country S/A Suspension Lift on, 33"x12.5" Goodyear Wranglers M/T's with Kevlar sidewalls, extended brake lines front and rear, "Sway Bar Delete Kit" Finally got to get her out for a test drive, couldn't be happier with the end results. Love my 91XJ.

Seperated the visors at the seams with a trim tool, removed old material, traced pattern onto new material, installed new material on visors, snapped visors closed and reinstalled. Pretty easy as there wasn't any glue holding the material to the visors. Just a bunch of tiny teeth and plastic snaps on the inside of the visor.
