Time to look at either new spider gears, or a locker for the front.

I got to do a more thorough check of the new jeep. Looks like I'll need to pull the cross members for the L/A to pull the trans pan. Also noticed my t case has a small leak, so I'll be looking into a rebuild kit for that so I can do that while I'm doing trans filter.

I love how quickly the list of stuff I need to do grows... Oh well
The AW4 only has a screen (similar to a window screen) and rarely needs servicing. Just drain & fill.
I had some shiny particulate in gear oil from the spiders? also. That was over three years ago and all is still good. I did not replace them.

^^^^^Yep just a screen, here is a pic of one cut open.

Not really a filter but more to keep stuff from going into the trans, a few good drain and refills do the AW4 good.

Made a new shield for my 'not so' cold air intake. It also gave me a place to mount my relocated over flow bottle.

Oh No! You will have to list what happened to the XJ because I am not seeing it. Hopefully you saw it coming and was able to place your head on head rest before impact.
If you need a replacement 'e' for the forum sticker, I have one and you are welcome to it. I will even pay the postage.

Good to know! Now to decide if im pulling the cross members and tcase skid to do the fluid changes...

My passenger side UCA axle bracket has come off the axle, so I may be picking up a new one from the JY in a few weeks. The axle will cost me $100 or the mount from Rusty's will be $70. It's a pain in the rear to do a full swap, but I can't see putting that money into a single bracket and having to get it welded up too...

After 4 years of sitting in a seat with with a gansta lean.... I finally got a replacement. Feels like a totally different jeep now. Only drawback is that it's tan and my interior is gray. No biggie - I've already got seat covers on 'em.

Swapped out the old idiot light cluster for a full gauge cluster. Swapped out the oil pressure sender, but haven't done the coolant temp sender yet.
