Pretty common with large tires on stock wheels. I'm running 1.25" spacers all around on my Moab's. No rubbing at all.

My XJ is just that tough!!!

No... honestly I am not sure really. I just know he couldn't tow it from the front or the back. It kept locking up once he had it raised but rolled fine flat on the ground.

They are suppose to be getting over there to put it on tow dollys instead.

Yes 31s will rub with stock wheels, but only if you get close to full lock. Mine do it, but only when making tight, low speed turns. Doesn't do anything harmful, just makes a retarded noise.

The reason you didn't get a full 3" in the back is the AAL. You probably had sagging stock springs to begin with so they're pretty much trash even with the AAL. In the front you definitely got the full 3"

Typical of larger tires on stock wheels. Mine do it but only at full lock. Its not enough of an issue to be worth dealing with right now.

you shoulda put the T-case in Neutral along with the transmission. It'd allow everything to spin freely.
