Exactly. I had some friends selling cheap-*** light bars from Olympus (oops, name drop) and telling everyone they were even better than Rigid. Of course they were making money per sale as representatives.
They trash talked me for doing research and buying a quality light, but one of them had his *glass* lens shatter from a stone on the highway. It took out three LEDs with it, and Olympus wouldn't even warranty it for a rep.
Here I am, still loving my 30" that puts out as much light as most of the 50s I see

Side note: I'd like to remind everyone to use correct wire gauges, fuses, and relays for their accessories. His XJ burned down cause he had about 20ft of hot, unfused wire coiled next to his battery. He still claims arson

Began taking apart everything in the engine compartment.
So the serpentine belt decided to come loose at 85 MPH on the interstate in the center of a 7-mile long bridge. So my engine got hot because of the lack of being able to spin the water pump, and the serpentine belt jammed up in the clutch fan and pushed my tranny cooler line into the harmonic balancer. I also lost power steering because there was no belt driving it, which made it super scary to pull over while overheating while everyone around me on the bridge was going 90+. When I pulled over I found that I lost AC freon, lost my coolant, and lost my tranny oil. The only fortunate thing is I pulled over seconds after the temp gauge went up, so I don't think I overheated anything.
I have found a huge gash in the radiator's plastic tank, so I am replacing it with an all-metal CSF 2-core radiator. I'm also going to put in a Gatorback belt.

Just cause pay more for the higher priced LED lights doesn't mean they last either.... Had 6 in total on my JK .... One went out with in weeks ... No warranty .... No nothing .... All cause I didn't buy from a reliable seller ....

Exactly. That's why I said "quality" and not "expensive."

I believe it was the tranny cooler leaking that made the pulleys slippery and hence made the belt fall off. The harmonic balancer ate into the cooler line. It's about 3 years old, but I have no idea what brand it is.

No, I don't lick fish.
Pulled the trigger on the lift. Started around 7... this was as far as I got in two hours.
Stupid hardlines gave me hell. Couldn't get the nut loose to save my life. Tried open end wrench, then fuel line wrench, then when those two BOTH failed, I used the holy grail of no-no's on important parts.... vice grips. No dice.
So I gave up and went ahead with the rest of the lift. I'll relocate the hard lines tomorrow for a temporary fix until I can get new hard lines.
Here's a few more pics.
4" Bumpstop Spacers
I can already tell I'll be trimming those down. We'll see though.
With the wheel back on and on its own weight...
What the other side still looks like...
I think it's safe to say I'll be snagging a set of 33's next go 'round.

I will tell you that I have an issue with customer service at Olympus. My best friend is having the hardest time getting his LED pods warrantied and has basically given up hope. A few of the lights inside the pods went out. He was told to send them back for repair or a new pair. He has called and called and called Olympus with no answer and no calls returned. Countless emails to varying employees. The only way he got a response was by commenting on an Instagram post and was told that the lights were taken care of, but no response was given with a real update on a tracking number or what part of the process they were in. I for one, will make sure that none of my friends buy from Olympus again.
