Started putting my roof rack together after work... About 8 inches tall- all 16 gauge/.065- Probably about 70lbs total. 8" High and all sides angle in except the back- Crappy cell phone pic... But left to right its a flag, some mountains, a pine tree, trout and an elk. Front is a Jeep logo with the military star on either side- have some light mounts for the front and the back. Going to paint all the inset plate red and the frame black. Will be gutter mounted with 6 mounts.

That's a really cool looking rack. For the love of God, never use that image hosting site ever again.

Nice Ian, very different and cool. Who cut the steel plate, and how was it done? Water jet? Plasma?

I did- and a CNC plas table. Where I work has all kinds of cool stuff (700 ton press break, cnc bender etc). Our plas table will cut up to 40' long, 8' wide and 6" thick. Tone it down a bit though and it does an awesome job! We make hundreds of fire rings- people want all kinds of stuff on the side- we cad up what they want, plas it, roll it and weld it. Unfortunately, most of my day is spend bending rebar or cutting massive stuff for bridges haha.

No. Why would I do that? That would mean I need to change my oil again and I just did that a thousand miles ago. Plus I add a quart a week so it stays clean. Lol

I mean, if its burning it, maybe look into a replacement block, but otherwise its probably like the rest of us schmucks who need to repatch their oil pan leak, do valve cover gasket, and oil adapter seals...

You are 100% correct. But I wasn't talking about in your oil. Sea Foam is commonly used for three applications- oil, fuel and intake. Generally you'll see people dividing the can into equally among the three. I was specifically referencing pouring thru the brake booster vac line. Bummer its burning oil. Know where its disappearing to/from?

CA bushings, TRE's and even if track bar is stock, best to check that its tightened down HARD. Especially on the frame side.
