A friend was cleaning out his garage and gave me some spare parts from an NP231-J and an NP233-C that he wanted to dump. I was able to use the chain and a mode fork on another NP231-J that I am rebuilding as a side project, which saved me a bit of coin. Still need a few more parts to complete the rebuild.
Also spent some time looking at options for extending the rear driveshaft by 1" so I can use another WJ shaft paired with the one in the front. Thinking I might go with the MORE off-set spring perch as a cheap short-term fix, long-term is build an NP242-HD with a Tom Woods HD SYE which would give me 1.25" of extra length.

got new tires for the trail rig. 33x10.50 BFG muds. The old ones were 15 year old Goodyear MTR 31's. Now i need to cut-n-fold the fenders and add more bump stops.

Installed two led bank spotlights, fixed the front driver window molding, sprayed the hood and one front quarter panel, and pb blasted the leaf spring bolts in anticipation of changing them Sunday.

Got my TREs ordered. Picking them up tomorrow and doing them Friday after work. Gunna pick up another front DS from the boneyard on Saturday morning, and I should be back in action and ready to wheel again. Can't wait!

Had my windshield replaced yesterday. Going to be weird not having any cracks or chips after 12 years with my old cracked one.
Today I picked up a new set of wipers, front and rear, and put them on. After that, I cleaned and PB blasted the joint on the rear wiper on. It will now snap against the window after lifting the wiper, where before, I would have to push the wiper into the window.
